strange paralells with they guy who took my blog name
Originally I was going to call this blog the anaLog. I don’t know what I’ll call it now and can’t remember what I am calling it, but it turned out that was taken by at least one other person. I was looking just now at that persons blog and, well a) it’s pretty good, and b) he knows someone called Anders and c) he links directly to homestarrunner from the front page. I’m not saying he knows somebody I know, but it would be easy to speculate that he did.
Anywho, have a look for yourself or trust my assessment that it’s mostly personal diary details mixed with links to interesting wired articles. I don’t mean that in a bad way. Here’s some of the better wired links:
- The MIT Media Lab produces GIA: the Goverement Information Awareness initiative in response to TIA. Seems like a spunky activisty thing for the Media Lab to do.link
- “Flash Mobs” in New York: email-organized, all-but-spontaneous, apolitical gatherings of 100s of people. link
Wow, lots of bulleted lists on my blog all of a sudden. Can you tell I spent last week looking at power point presentations?
Worth noting further that a freind of anaLog dude’s has attended and documented some of these flash mobs. I like the flash mobs.
