Keep military aid separate from aid organizations — Ken Hackett, Catholic Relief Services

An interesting editorial in the Christian Science Monitor from the president of the Catholic Relief Services aid organization. He argues that humanitarian operations delivered by the military, or perhaps more importantly with military-related strategic intent, endanger all aid efforts.
