The “signature of the the government of Canada”, whatever that means. Either Helvetica light, regular, or medium, depending. Not Arial, thank you very much. (More detail on 1. and 2. in here).

3. Adanac

From 10four, a free font consisting of Canadian iconography, two per letter (capital and lowercase each get a separate icon) and 1 per number. Nicely done, actually.
