4. A Coyote Columbus Story

Native author and Guelph resident Thomas King wrote a kid’s book about one of Coyote’s larger mistakes: inventing white men. Pretty funny and yes scary. In it, Columbus figures he can take “Indians” back to Spain and sell them for at least enough for ‘a bag of jellybeans and a used Mercedes’. Well worth reading if you ever get the chance.
