BoingBoing Ennui, What’s Wrong With Me
It ryhmes. Incidentally, I don’t know how to spell rhyme, any more than I know how to spell rythm.
What’s wrong with me? For some reason I don’t find surfing boingboing.net as satisfying as I used to. This can’t be related to content. Today for instance, we have A courteous and respectful debate between a theist and atheist, the creation of a temperature hotter than the sun using a particle accelerator that looks like a mash up of the insides of a surgery patient’s brain and the movie Tron, the discovery of liquid water on one of Saturn moons which is perhaps the strongest suggestive evidence yet for life off Earth, and well a Hall of Mirrors for cats.
It’s often occured to me that the main lesson of treeplanting is that people can get used to anything. I guess that operates in the positive as well as the negative. If you are exposed to enough cool stuff for long enough, eventually you habituate to being exposed to cool stuff.
