Thanks to some third hand connections with the concert organizer, I got to go see Willie Nelson last night. It’s the kind of show I would never think (or pay) to go see, but it was great. That guy is great. And half way through we got to go up and watch from the side of the stage. What a view. What a show.

After he played his last number we went back and watched him part the curtains, roll down into the big open space in the back of the arena, shake hands with a couple of fans, then walk out to his big ‘ole airbrushed tour bus. A couple of other musicians came through and the bus rolled out. And that was the man.
